It was difficult to read as you warned, but there was a critical point made regarding career growth for individuals about identifying those who has potential and matching up individuals in military occupational specialities
(MOS) to get individuals in field the want to do and retain individuals with greater potential in leadership and performance versus developund a highly skilled individual.
(people do best what they like to do) ) Thst is a tough proposal. but it would develop a much better flexible and improved performing Corps. I knew of many fellow Marines that were stuck in an MOS That they disliked and decided to resign - or evern worse - to performed at their lowest potentail. Replies: There have been no replies.
