There is a wealth of historical facts about the lead in to Pearl Harbor; Naval exercises with enemy forces attacking Pearl Harbor Panama Canal etc and it is true fact FDR made the decision to place the pacific Fleet at Pearl and CINCPAC Admiral Richards went to FDR strongly objected and wanted the fleet kept on the West Coast CNO present at the confrotation , FDR fired Richards and that how Adm Husband Kimmel became CINC PAC and scapegoat for the loss. FDR Quickly did a cover up of his ass
Adm Kimmel is now buried in USNA Cemetery
