I have long wondered how those little rubber boats with half a dozen pirates aboard could simply sail up and capture a huge fully-manned tanker. It must be lack of nerve on the part of ship owners and captains. Not a word about arming the crews, and when the pirates swarm up, blow them out of the water. Would not take very many such defenses to give the seagoing rats the message. Don't Tread on Me!
