Keratoconus biometry

Hi,
If you have a patient for cataract surgery who has stable keratoconus, do you use actual K-readings or standard K-readings for biometry calculations? Or do you have a cut-off when to use standard / actual K-readings?
Assuming to insert a monofocal IOL.
