News 08.08.2021
Change was long overdue in Spirane. Now that I have learned who is still an active presence within the pack, the ranks have been updated. As I once took time away from the pack, so too now shall Kalseru. Know that she is still second in command of the pack, as is reflected in her rank. Once you are familiar with the new ranking system, if you would like to change positions or move up in the ranks you need only ask. Let this be a time of new life in Spirane, and a promise of great things to come!

When the snows fall and the white winds blow, the lone wolf dies, but the pack survives.

She was so BORED. She'd been spending the past few weeks diligently studying her victims and then trying to kidnap them, just as her father had taught her. And twice already she'd failed! That alpha of Spirane was too watchful. It frustrated to Nissa to no end. She wanted to make her father proud and to prove that she could be a good thief too. She knew she needed to change her tactic a little if she was going to get any success out of this. Her father didn't seem mad or disappointed that she hadn't made a successful steal yet. He just kept telling her to learn from her mistakes. She usually only got mad cause she didn't see where she went wrong, but oh well. She'd figure it out eventually. When the call rang out, she flicked her ears back uncertainly at first, wondering if she heard it right. It was a calling for two year old's to come to Spirane. But that would mean her! But would they allow her there after she's tried to steal not one but two of their wolves?

Granted, she failed in both attempts, but she was sure they hadn't forgotten so soon. And yet could they bar her from socializing with others her age because of it? Why did the party have to take place in Spirane of all places? She paced at the entrance of the den for a minute, trying to weight out the risks. Was it worth it? What's the worst that could happen? A mountain wolf tell her she wasn't welcome? They could always chase her out or even jump her. Hm, if she told her father he would probably tell her not to go, that it was too dangerous. But that just made her want to go all the more. Fine, her mind was made up. Letting out a breath, she took off toward the mountains following a path she'd been taking the past few weeks. As she neared the borders, she slowed down, paying extra close attention to her surroundings, waiting for others to appear. When she got to the borders, she did some pacing there, checking for recent scents and listening for others present.

When she came up empty, she shrugged it off and trotted into the territory, heading toward the call. As she made it to the clearing, there was only three wolves present, two boys and a girl. At least two out of the three were familiar to her. She remembered them from a brief gathering they had as pups. It seemed she wasn't the only one who remembered either. She just caught the tail end of the black and gold male's greeting to the female on the rock and she snorted and rolled her eyes as she walked in closer. "Someone's holding a grudge." She teased him as she sent a wink to the girl and then eyed the other boy cautiously. He smelled of the swamps so definitely not a mountain wolf. Maybe she'd get lucky and no one from Spirane would realize she was here. Shrugging, she noticed the two boys had introduced themselves so maybe that was the habit at these things? "I'm Nissa." She didn't really want to announce where she was from so maybe they wouldn't ask.
