Re(2): Can Sanders be Stopped from getting the Democratic Nomination? Posted on 2/20/2020 at 13:02:01 by John Wells
The Democratic Party has two problems. If Sanders hasn't the number of required delegates to win on the first ballot and he is denied the nomination in a brokered convention, his followers will skip the election. On the other hand, if he does win the nomination, his socialist agenda will keep the moderate Democrat voters home on election day. Either way, Trump wins in a landslide. The Party missed their chance during the presidential campaign of 2016 by allowing him, a socialist and an independent, to run. That was stupid to say the least, and now the chicks have come home to roost. Replies:
