Falls

The colt is the first to respond to her, and she is delighted to see his energy match her own. If possible, the grin on her pastel colored lips broadens even further and she bounces her head in greeting again, letting the fluffy mess of her heavy mane dance with the movement. His dancing only makes her more happy and one slender foreleg stretches forward to paw at the ground, more than ready to incite some game of tag, or hide and seek, or capture the flower, or...

Her musings are interrupted when she catches the larger mare's ears flicking back for a moment. Conditioned by her parents to use that as a predictive movement for chastisement, she immediately tries to simmer herself down, although the energy contained within her small body leaves her hide twitching. Thankfully, the mare doesn't seek to tell Ivanna off, not that it would have daunted the girl much. She was still thoroughly enjoying her freedom from the herd and had no intention of going back to a herd's boringness any time soon unless given a very good reason.

At the mare's comment, her tilts her head inquisitively like a puppy as she tries to read the girl's intentions. Was that supposed to mean she didn't know other horses, but wanted to? Or did she just mean it to be something to say to fill the void?

"Well, you know, we could go around and say hi to lots of people. If you're looking for a new home or something they might able to help. Or maybe you could live with Verrat? He probably has a very nice home." She gestures with a big tilt of her head towards the young stallion, not really sure what a mare of Kalayani's age would want.

"OR!" She exclaims excitedly, already absolutely delighted with her idea. She half rears and then kicks out with her hinds before continuing. "We could try to gather up allll the horses in the Falls for a big game of tag!? I'm little but fast you know. I practiced a lot in the trees over there this morning."
