Glacial eyes focus on the boy as he begins to spew the beliefs that have been forced upon the colt. He can hear it in the words that are spoke. Respect is earned, not given. I do not respect those that break families apart. A smirk touches his pink lips at these words alone. It seems to him then he would have no respect for his father or any other stallion who leads a herd. Björn is not the first one who has battled for a mare and won, nor will he be the last. It is the way of a herd stallion and the colt seems to deny the truth. Björn bites his tongue, he will not argue with a colt about things he does not understand.
"You have much to learn of life and the ways of it," he says with a swish of his tail. His glacial eyes slide to Siobahn right before she whispers into his ear. Easy. Love. The last word causes him to halt, and contemplate exactly what she means by this one simple word.
As the seconds tick by, his glacial eyes remain on Siobhan as she tries to appease the colts tantrum. Björn turns his attention to the colt. "You made it here fine, and you will be stronger as a result. Life does not always go perfectly the way you plan it, if I were you... I would listen to wisdom," he says simply. His eyes focus on the colt. "My mother always told me, Björn, you have two ears and one tongue, listen to wisdom and speak less."
He hopes the colt will listen to his advice but he knows from experience how hard headed colts could be. A fond smile spreads across his pink lips at the thought of Sigurðr, his young son.
