IT appears to me Cuomo is doing his best to be the :"Sqeeeky Wheel" and using his Virus pandemic to get everything. I got the impression last night he is on the edge of panic but hard on NYkers But what about Washington State, or CA> no comment on democrats trying getting a slice of the pie for pet projects. Absolutely political move but , who has any one touted the ethical moral behaviour of elected represenrtative or senators. we no longer have Statesmem /women only politicians/. we elect then by people who should not have the priveledge. that was niot the framers of the constitution had in mind.
