He guides the mother and child back to his chilly island of Tinuvel. Here he would decide if he should continue his current ruse or reveal who he truly was to them. He was eager to get to know his young son better so he eventually decides to continue the act a bit longer to bond with the child. Maybe she would let them play together if she feels like he saved them. Maybe he could hear the story of his birth and she might even tell her side of the conception. That would be interesting to hear as no know has ever really explained to him what they were going through in the moments his seed was pushed into their wombs.

He has never thought about it before this way, but he was interested to know what goes through their heads. He had just assumed it was terror and powerlessness which in turn made him feel powerful. Perhaps there was more than just those feelings. And what came afterward? His legs grab ahold of the sand underneath his hooves as they reach the Inlet. His hooves push back sand and rock as he pushes his legs with the sea and gets further and further inland. It wasn't until his body was fully out of the ocean water that he turns his dark eyes on mother and child. The salty waves still rush over his hooves, but he stays put as the loose water drips from his grey coat.

"You will be safe here." He says in those dark tones as his eyes search the mare and then the child, for injuries. "Is anyone hurt?" He didn't see anything that stuck out on the pair, but anything could have happened to them before reaching Tinuvel. Someone back in the war could have attacked them earlier as well.
