She eyes her friend with curiosity. So much of the world weighs on his shoulders. She can hear it in the tone of his voice and the heavy sighs that linger on his lips. She can not help but let a smile trail across her lips as he refers to her as a friendly face. Her heart swells, knowing that she has a hand in bringing at-least a small part of comfort to him.

As the conversation turns to Shamwari, she can see it clearly makes him uncomfortable. His heavy sigh escapes his lips, and then begins to elaborate his thoughts to her. She listens intently. What is Roug capable of? She tilts her crown, as he continues and his next words cause warmth to flood into her cheeks. I would of fought for you. A soft smile traces her lips as her thoughts linger on him. She has no interest in fighting but it intrigues her to know that he would fight for her. She drops her gaze momentarily, and tries to hide the feelings that flood into her chest.

She feels confusion. And for the second time since coming to Paradise, she feels like she doesn't belong.

The murmur of the insects and the incessant caws of the colorful birds fill the silence between them. She has an affinity for this land. He admits he understands her attachement to this place... it is truly magical. It is apart of her.

As the words left her mouth, she immediately regrets them as his face falls and his solemn words leave his ashen lips. She dares to cross the sliver of space between them and tries to comfort him. "I am sorry Jab... I just don't know where we would go," she pauses as her crystal eyes shift to her daughter who slumbers in the filtering sunlight. "No one would willing volunteer to take on the responsibility of us," She presses her pink muzzle against the hard muscles of his shoulder. His scent is strong and it washes over her.
