He nods as he does understand the journey, and empathizes with the woman and her young boy. He has struck out across the turbulent sea's and knows the exhaustion that comes with such an odyssey.
His ears swivel atop his crown as she nods and accepts his offer. "We would appreciate any help you might offer.." He knew where there could be tender shoots of grass beneath a blanket of snow, where they could find water to refresh their throats, and a safe place to rest. "It is not far from here," he says gruffly just as movement stirs behind him. A smile tugs at his lips as a young materializes from the dense forest, blades of grass hang from her lips as she offers them to the boy. She must of searched and searched for that mouthful of grass and then appeared to bring them to a complete stranger. "You are a kind stelpa," he compliments her with a nod of his crown.
Glacial eyes settle on the boy as he happily munches on the blades of grass. He does not know their story, nor why they have come to the Isles. He figures they have their own unique tale to weave, and in time he wonders if she would share such things with him. His ears swivel to attention as she introduces herself and her son, and speaks her gratitude.
"I am Björn Bera Konung," he introduces himself with a nod of his crown. He would lead them to the cool waters and abundant grasses near the Falls. "Its not far from here..." But as she continues he begins to wonder the same thing about the girl. He turns his head toward her, and his brow furrows. She was not but a year old, and out hear seemingly wandering by herself.
