He likes her fire.
Well, he likes most of her really so perhaps her fiery personality is not the only thing of note, but they way she responds to him only solidifies his need to have her in all the ways that he can.
He can feel the sting of her nip of rebuke, though it had not deterred him in the slightest. Sol was fairly certain it wasn't actually meant to, considering the way she reacted to the trailing of his touch across her shoulders and down her body. She, like him, has turned sweat-dark with the evidence of the intensity of their touches and he is certain that he's finally managed to turn the tide of the conversation to their mutual advantage.
It is hard for him to think, pressed against her as he is, soft lips caressing her skin, but he hears the permission in her voice and he takes it for what it is. As he raises his lean body over her and lets the weight of his frame join hers, his lips part to murmur, "I would never strive to disappoint you."
He turns the spark of their desire into reality and when the deed is done and the seed of their shared union planted, he slides from her back with a satisfied grunt of pleasure, his lips trailing over her hip as he moves to stand beside her once more.
Solomon offers a grin to the mare beside him, but does not immediately speak. He would give her a chance to ask questions or sass him if she choose, but he needed a moment to regather himself. After a time "Shall I show you the way home?"
He stretches the bow of his neck out so that he can toy suggestively with the pale strands of her mane at her shoulder. "We can take frequent breaks."
