Soft blue eyes watched the mare as she seemed to try to gage how much of a threat he posed. He could not blame her. She was clearly wounded and he was a stranger on her land. He would have been skeptical as well. His movements were slow and careful but still relaxed. He knew he had been welcomed there, even if the word had not spread. He releases a deep breath of contentment as she leans against him. The more weight she put on his body the more he braced, easily able to stand in a way she could not. As their bodies came together, he made sure to keep his stance attentive and polite. In return for a chance to walk the sands of Atlantis, he promised Bjorn he could trust him. He was not about to do anything to infringe upon this mare, not that he would have anyway.

I did. We met on Crossing and I told him I once lived in Paradise, and I missed this place. Ailill grinned at her, moving his head to look at her sidelong as she rested against him. I would happily stay here as long as Bjorn and the herd here would have me! Though it is not Paradise, this place is still beautiful, and it is the island I have missed. Letting out a sigh and relaxing further into their pose, he allowed himself to look around at the trees and gaze at the rock formation that gave this land its name. I had wanted to visit the Ridge before, but the stallion and I did not get along at the time. It had not been Ailill’s fault Vodnik’s daughter was beautiful and they had both been young.
