Carrier Strike Group to Remain at Sea

As discussed in the below-linked USNI News article, the Truman Carrier Strike Group, having just completed its deployment, will remain at sea, rather than return to its home port;
this, so as to avoid the possibility of infecting the crew with the Coronavirus.

That decision has some pretty serious ramifications.
