Just talked to my son (the doctor). The Army Corp of Engineers just moved in and is converting the 7 and 8 floors of their hospital (unfinished for anticipated growth or the next 25 yrs). They are converting it into corona virus overflow complete with all electrical, etc. and will furnish it soon , just in case.
