to feel that we're alive again

Koala could defend herself, but she was no fighter. She hated fighting, even between stallions she had hated it. Always watching Brolga and her father going at it. She tried to quarrel their disagreements so many times and had even told her father she wanted to go with Brolga even though she really hadn't wanted to join Brolga. But she would of if it would of stopped the fighting. Course now Brolga and her were the only two from either of their herds back there so she stayed with him and now carried a second foal. Her first died in the brushfire she had barely escaped.

SHe knows the mare is right perhaps they needed to fight perhaps they would calm after but then the mares words hit her and her ears go back. If she hadn't been heavily pregnant she would of struck out at this mare for that impudent comment. However, she would not risk her unborn with such foolish acts. you can call me what you want, but fighting is meant for certain things not this childish behavior. Stallions yes they were meant to be our protectors but I am strong enough to protect myself if I must. I have seen too much fighting in my time. I have seen others die because of it including mothers and foalsShe said stomping a hoof now and lacing her ears back. i am heavily pregnant so I am not stupid I will not fight any of you especially for such childish reasonsShe said.
