Please raise your voice and start sending your concerns to BMA if you think your trust has been selectively redeploying BAME doctors to frontline, and sending the whites on vacation in the name of social distancing. "BAME LIVES MATTER"! In my trust it is blatantly obvious: out of four trainees, three were redeployed to respiratory medicine who are all BAME, the only white guy is performing 'minor ops' in the eye clinic which is a total BS lie. All minor ops have been cancelled already! These suckers put Heinrich Himler to shame!
