Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

The Wars of my father

when you feel my heat look into my eyes
it's where my demons hide;
Part of her knew this could be folly walking to the lagoon. She knew the stallions may want to force her to stay here. Bjorn would be furious. But Kalayni had to find Verrat. She wanted to get to know him more and to figure out if her foal would get to know its father. She didn't venture far when she heres just the first three syllables of her name and her ears perk up.

Verrat!

But as she looks at him she can see he is pretty badly injured and a million emotions go over her face. Who hurt him? Why would some one hurt a young colt? It made little sense to her.

She moves to him then and begins to examine him.Your hurt! Who hurt you! She said. Even though she was a shy mare she was also a very caring mare and it beat out over her shyness. She looks back towards his head now and turns her body so she is fully facing his side and then moves backt to stand equal with him.I needed to see youShe said softly.
