Sharkie had no idea that this filly was pregnant. How could she? Those eyes studied the younger mare now; curious as she waits. There is voice then and she twists those ears around to take the words in clearly. The younger mare was searching for her brother; her twin. Interesting. How had they been separated though? It made little sense. Twins were usually pretty close. It is very strange to her that they had lost one another. It is sorrowing really because she cannot in this moment be of help in that category of things.
Inquiry is caught and she responds quickly enough to Harley. "I apologize my dear. I have not. You are the first I've seen in some time honestly." She murmurs and that tone is soft and clear. Those eyes never falter. Nostrils flare to take in the scents around her. Nothing out of the ordinary but this mare did smell different. What was it? Could she be with child? Perhaps so. Strange but it was not unheard of honestly. Not that it was always a good decision when you were younger. Sharkie had yet to raise a child. Perhaps in the future. She hadn't been ready yet. She had felt too insecure; too young really. Not now though. She is older but only time would really tell.
"What's your name child?" She murmurs in curiosity then. Silence now as she waits; watching calmly. There is no scent of another around them and certainly not one similar to this younger mare. No, she had not seen her twin but she did wonder now where he was. Why had they been separated? Clearing her throat; she speaks again.
"Why were you separated? Did something happen?" Of course it is all curiosity but there is concern there too. Why shouldn't there be? Replies:
