Monster had been raised with strong mares and her mother was one of the strongest she knew which meant they had to have a strong stallion to handle them. That's what her mother taught her long ago. No pushover would do cause then you'd have weak or stillborn children. The stallion had to match the mare and show he could get his way with her or it wouldn't work. Monster's mother was a fierce herd mare. She wasn't a lead mare but the lead couple went to her for advise cause they trusted her to keep the herd in mind in her decisions. She was well respected and Monster never forgot watching her mother and admiring her. When Monster compared it to a beehive, the gray mare gave a laugh and the paint mare smirked i agreement. Yes, stallions could definitely be weak. She admitted that she liked drama and Monster chuckled before tossing her head. "Then I guess you're going right where you want to be cause you'll definitely find it anywhere around that Fjord stallion. He does it to himself any chance he gets." It seemed every time there was peace for him just on the horizon, Liland went and did something to ruin it all. Every, single, time. When she told Leyra about Paradise, the mare seemed to like what she heard, saying she might just come visit, especially if she was told never to go there. Monster liked this mare more and more with every moment. Then she said she was disappointed she missed the fighting but wondered if there was more to come. "If he comes after Zjeena again, you better believe. And I'll be sure to get a bite or three in." He said with a teasing snap of her jaws. Her gaze softened then. "You're welcome in Paradise any time, whether for a visit or otherwise." She knew Rougaru wouldn't mind another strong mare around and he wouldn't turn her down for anything. The mare asked if she'd been here long and she rolled her shoulders. "Almost two years. I've been around a few of the islands and watched all the drama unfold. Mostly I find trouble in the mainlands." She said with a mischeveious twinkle in her eye. Yes, she did love to give Rougaru a run for his money and swim to the free lands every chance she got to tease the stallions and harass anyone she could set her sights on. Of course, she usually didn't do it while pregnant. This was an impulsive swim to take out her anger on Liland.
