Here's my unofficial tally:
Mike Lichty has 16 ISMA feature wins, six of them at Oswego (2013 July 13 & August 31, 2014 June 7, 2016 May 28, 2017 Sep 2 and 2019 August 31). He also has a 2011 July 9 MSA feature win at Oswego.
I believe all of the Oswego ISMA/MSA wins have been in the same Allegresso-built, Craig Reed owned car that was numbered 8 for MSA events and 84 for ISMA events. Timmy J also piloted this car to two MSA wins at Oswego in 2008 and 2009.
Unless my memory fails me (which seems to be happening more often now that I've cracked the 60 barrier), Mike does not have a non-winged win at Oswego, although he came very close in a John Nicotra car at the 2011 Classic (passed on last lap by Sitterly).
So I think that makes seven Oswego feature wins, one MSA and six ISMA. Replies:
