Orioles are back but Robins have moved oiut

What a relief ! The first oriole, a richly coloured male, showed up today at the Oriole feeder. Naturally, he didn't bother with the orange halves but went for a few slurps of the grape jelly. Hoping the girls come along in the next day or 2.

Unfortunately, our Robins who nested with us last year, have found a new place to call home. I think the mob of blackbirds that hangs around has scared them away. Doing my best to send the blackbirds elsewhere.

cheers to all
George K
