It was evening when he entered the Bay. There had been talk on the wind of a leader being needed there and he was not intent on constantly following his sibling around. She was old enough to make her own mistakes to be honest. Not that he would not check up on her from time to time though. Goose definitely would as he was the protective big brother after all. Now is not that time though. Instead; his path lies in a totally different direction.
The Bay. His home now. Well, now that he'd come in call for it. They had talked things over and Liland had thought this a best decision in light of all that had happened. Goose had not asked for the whole story and Liland had not given it. He had summarized that things had been amiss but it was the past now. Goose had no ill toward his new Second and the past remained where it was. In the past. He held no judgement now for the future but to what he saw happening on a daily basis. He never judged of the past and saw it not fit for recognition. Liland had his history and Goose was starting to make his own now.
Goose called out as he found his way into the Bay and paused. That sculpted head lifted high and his nostrils flared to gather the scents. There were a few others here that he was sure he was about to meet. Fantastic! There was no better way than to gather them all at once and explain the changes that now took place. Goose was no monster. He was no beast of hatred. Those that called the Bay home could remain if they chose to. He was not kicking anyone out. This was their home before it was his own and what creature would he be if he ousted them? Not a very good one and that is not how he wants their first impression of him to be. Not at all.
Now he waits; watching and gathering in the scenery around him. Replies:
