Any visitors of the falls should be aware that, until the 29th of May, there is a risk of a tainted water supply. A crack has developed in the bedrock of the falls, through which an underground cache of natural toxins may bleed into the water. Though the toxin is not life-threatening, it may give the water an odd taste and smell, and if ingested in large amounts, may cause lethargy, confusion, abdominal cramps, or hallucinations. Residents are advised to drink as little as possible, or to find another suitable drinking source.
Players have full control over this event and may incorporate it into their posts as they see fit, though this is not mandatory and players may equally disregard this event if they so wish. After the 29th of May the water will no longer be tainted and the risk will be gone. Replies: There have been no replies.
