At the start of 2020 population for South Koreaa was about 50 million, The USA 333 million. Do the math what was per capita death rate. However, a small group is much easier to control, But, the S Koreans appear had an excellent prior experience to copy , AND their government was better, and Asians are apparently more intellignt (my opinion) they certainly did a super job compared to other nation.
