leave this country! try USA. if necessary leave ophthalmology all together and go there.
This country despise BAME and throw them under the bus and clap for them!
It doesn't worth your sacrifice because you will always be BAME!
You will always be at risk of being bullied due to race or being in non training post. Why live such life?
