My iPhone is on he fritz also, but all the stores are closed so I suffer through dropped calls, no calls at all and other anomalies. My only communication with the outside world. Spent two hrs on the Verizon help lines yesterday. Talkedto 4 different folks. Albuquerque, Greenville SC, and two others (because of dropped calls!):angry. Now have a problem ticket number about 4 miles long. "We'll get back to you"
