As of May 24, CNY has met 7 of 7 metrics under Phase 1 (which it began May 15). If the metrics continue to be met, CNY can progress to Phase 2 on May 30.
How long will it take for for CNY to progress through Phases 2 and 3? Two weeks per phase? I think this is why the June 6 and 13 events at Oswego Speedway have been cancelled. The June 20 event is just three weeks from the time that CNY will start Phase 2. There is no event on June 27. I'm thinking if all goes well that the first event will be on July 4.
