This was the happiest she has been with stallion. She couldn't say it was love (they still had some get to know each other better), but Crow made her feel wanted. He made her feel pretty even though her belly was swollen with a foal and her thighs were twice their original size. This child carries different than Scorpio had, but she assumes that was from the father difference. For a moment, she wonders how Bahadir was doing. They may have not made it as lovers but she still cared for his well being. She cared for Scorpio's feelings and how she missed her sire.
Her daughter ran off with Balavant to visit Bahadir so Libra could have some foal free time. Things never seem to stay peaceful for long because her barrel soon becomes tight with contractions. Suddenly the memories of pain from labor floods back and she dreads what she has done last fall. She cussed her decisions up until she heard the small squeal from her newborn. A smile pastes itself on her ruby lips as she licks her new baby clean. "A son," she whispers. How proud wpuld Crow be?
Libra became too excited to spent some quality time bonding with her son so she quickly throws back her head and calls for Crow. He had to come see this little miracle! "Make your daddy proud and stand. She noses the belly of the colt who attempts to get up. His dark legs are shakey at first, but he finally learns the skill of standing. Libra's face beams with pride. "Good boy!" She kicks up her legs and prances around him with her tail raised in exictment.
The colt takes a step to follow her movements, but he just falls forward into the sand. Libra giggles as she noses the side of his neck. "It's alright you'll get it, Aries." She says the name again in a whisper like it was fun to say. She helps her son back to his hooves where he nestles his nose under her belly and finds his food source.
