Eyes colored blue like the ocean blink constantly to keep the rain from blurring her vision. She was done crying, but the red swelling around her eyes give her recent emotions away. Bits of sand run down her legs and onto the grass below. Still, some particles of sand stay clung to her skin like that never wanted to leave. She stumbles forward in exhaustion as she desperately searches for the special thing the females of her family sought here. Company, new horses, attention...all of it could be found here.
She didn't get far at all when someone called to her. Her head rotates towards the beach she just came from with her soaked mane slapping against her grey neck. She stares at the other horse for a moment before eventually turning her body to face him. He was oddly small for his body type, but she had no room to judge. Claymore was here to get away from her home troubles and find a distraction. Finding a colt around her age seems like a distraction. Are you okay? He asks to which she responds with a slow nod of her skull.
Claymore takes a shaky step down a small slope that led to the sand, but she loses balance and tumbles to the sandy floor. In embarrassment, she quickly rolls as if she was trying to play. The filly smiles sheepishly at him before getting her legs under her body and pushing herself back upright and off the ground. "Yeah I'm okay, see?" She shows him she can still walk by taking a few steps towards him. Claymore does her best to hide the small shake of her legs.
"What brings you out in this storm?" She attempts to get his mind onto other things like the fact that they both were standing in the middle of a rainstorm.
