College has come up with another wicked scam to suck blood out of international doctors! It is called OLT.
This is simply another way to make SAS doctors do on calls and provide service.
Locums are expensive; so are fixed term senior SAS doctors. They had to come up with a scam to fill rota gap. Give them the carrot in front of their nose, employ trainees to be treated as second class trainees, make them work at low pay in the name of training, fail them in the exam and after a few years tell them that they are not good enough to proceed any further! This is pure malice!
