Admittedly she had been feeling the weight of the wold thrashing beneath her paws. One of her daughters still lingered somewhere outside of the pack and even her younger children felt the need to roam over the winter. Her crown tilted back as her howl rang out. Her call echoing to her children, calling them to her presence. Her paws shifted as the earth seemed calm and a gentle breeze caressed her fur. With a shake of her pelt, the dark woman moved silently over the grasses towards the freshest scent of Kweku.
She never liked to scold him, she was a very possessive creature perhaps to a fault. Still, she hoped he wouldn’t hold it against her. Even more so now that spring was upon them. Moving swiftly into a sprint Sekhmet hoped she would be swift enough to catch Kweku off guard. Catering a glimpse of the honey-brown male her eyes brightened in an almost excited manner. Her breath quieting with some effort as dark fem shifted into the deeper grass. Crouched and slinking closer hoping she wouldn’t be noticed before she could strike.
Shifting her paws against the earth the last calculations where made. Springing from the cover of the thick grasses the fem moved to wrap her paws around Kweku’s flank and if she made her mark she would nip at his back and hip. Surely it would leave her open to retaliation however, this was the way they bonded and expressed a fondness for one another. Let softness be for later if it must. This was how they expressed love and surely she loved Kweku dearly.
