He had yet to talk to his recent captive because now there were so many places to hide. Not many stalked the Lagoon since the loss of his brothern. Cullen was unable to make a valiant return to take them all back as he healed from violent wounds from the war. He had no one left to guard him, but thankfully no one followed him for the kill either. Cullen lay vulnerable for weeks until he was finally able to move around. He grew stronger and stronger until he struck some revenge on the one who put him in this state, Ruger.

Soon he would truly begin to save his brothers, but he was not sure that any of them needed him anymore. The herd he built, the stallions he ranked up and fought with, were now being poisoned by the Peak's ideals. He was afraid he may need to start anew and build up a band of stallion yet again. Cullen had breathed life into this Lagoon once and he would do it again with a whole new crew. The scent of his captive soon filled the air as the stallion stalked the empty land.

Blue eyes turn to gaze upon the lupine glow from the shadows. "Have you finally come to me, Ruger?" A smirk slid across his lips as his mind flashes with scenes from their last battle. Ruger's rage had given him some supernatural strength, but enough time has passed to settle him. This time would be much different.
