It pleases Ak Burun to hear that neither Maslakhat nor Kore have heard of Shararat. Thus far, then, she knows exactly how much information they have of the black Arabian and the first impression has been set by her, exactly as she likes it. "Well. A bit much to hope for, I suppose," the slender mare says with a small sigh. "Likely she’s been snapped up by the first stallion to run across her path. But," she draws herself up straighter, as if mustering optimism, and her gaze flits surreptitiously toward Maslakhat. "My sister is not so easily tamed."

The golden bay stallion is a hard horse to read, even moreso when half-hidden by the dark. Perhaps a properly flirtatious partner would have more luck unlocking his secrets and allow Ak Burun to pull his strings through another rather than as directly as she would like. Time will tell. For now, she huffs an appreciative sigh and stretches her white nose to brush her velveteen muzzle gently across Kore’s delicate jaw. "Oh, Kore. You’re too sweet."

She draws back then to nod at Maslakhat’s elaboration of Kore’s suggestion. "Yes. I’m sure with many of us seeking her, she will be swiftly found." Though privately Ak Burun aims to be the first. "Come, Kore, and sleep near me. You and I will head out as soon as the sky grows light again. Goodnight, Maslakhat." She flicks her tail and turns to bump shoulders companionably with Kore, conveniently putting herself between the black mare and their band stallion as she leads her new companion back to the shelter beside the oasis. Likely she will sleep little tonight, as the gears between her ears begin to turn.
