One worry in a naval war with China would be how are we going to maintain the carriers and air groups. Much of our lagistic capability is dependent on China and other foreign countries. And despite Trump's emphasis on modernization after eight years of Obama's total lack of keeping our armed forces, we're still trying to catch up. And if Biden.... don't even go there.
