With an innocent heart, she loves

Eness
..mare..five..arabian..black rabicano..15.1 hh..

Our dark lady is not surprised by the darker brother's reaction to her Sakhmet, the mare a bit more rough and tumble than her elegant counterpart. Thankfully his brother seems to ease his unrest and hurt pride enough to listen and be patient with the pair. Eness is thankful, side-eying the tense mare behind her; knowing she only calmed because of Eness but was still ready to meet any danger with her blunt teeth.

Eness faces down with Atair, her words having forced the male to finally look in her direction much to her and his brother’s amusement. Unfortunately it is not him who speaks in turn from giving her name and teasing words, Antares taking charge and poking fun at his brother while she looks on at their boyish display. “We are most fortunate then to gain the favor of your brother’s gaze,” a slight incline of her head, bowing to the star wearing stallion as she would back home. Those of the stars were revered for their grace and nobility, Eness seeing this as a true blessing to even have his eyes on her just once.

Had there been any doubts at all over the pair of males intentions it was gone with how they react to her hinting of Sakhmet’s cruel life so far. They both look truly offended that such a thing happened, and it gives Eness a little more hope for their future. Antares begins spinning his tale of the home they reside in, and with each word and description Eness is eagerly leaning forward, looking on in awe to hear that such wonders existed beyond the land they stood on. “It sounds like home,” she whispers, again looking to Sakhmet to confirm and seek out the pale ones acceptance, yet the proud muharib continued to stand tall with ears pinned to her poll as if nothing the males have said could move her; but she would, Eness knew she would give.

There is a bit of surprise on her face when Eness finds herself meeting the gaze of the star blessed one, any words she might have had lost in her throat in a tight ball of nerves. The male attempts his own persuasion, tales of their birth home leaving him and their namesakes of which they were bestowed. It sounds as though they had a great life so why leave? Eness feels the loss of leaving her own home, but had she not done the same as the brother’s? They left to spare their brother a marriage of convenience, and she had left to spare her darling from further hate and hurt. They sought to protect those closest to themselves, a selfish but righteous act. Eness was most definitely moved by Antares, finding herself giggling along to his admittance of coming across his wife here regardless of running away in the first place.

“We will go,” Eness says over Sakhmet’s demanding tones, yet she is also curious to what she may call her star wearing stallion, not that she would stop calling him that. She faces him down just as Sakhmet does with a level gaze, her tone also most demanding of the male, “akshif ean najmay.”
