An outstanding review of the road we’re traveling. The question is, Is it a road of no-return or a two-way street? The last president who said anything that refutes the socialists in charge of the Democratic Party was JFK. “Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country.” That philosophy is long gone, and we have to get it back or suffer Lincoln’s quote of Christ’s “...a house divided against itself shall not stand.” To turn the nation around, we have to become a house united, as we were in the past. This will be difficult, especially with the Congress we now have. The road back begins with Congress. It has to change.
The solution has to begin by tackling the problem where it began. The schools. The socialists slithered their way into the universities, where they began indoctrinating the students studying education. The students became teachers. Their union has to go. To again use Lincoln’s analogy, the teacher union is the viper in the baby’s crib. Congress has to pass laws or introduce legislation leading to a Constitutional amendment forbidding teacher unions.
This brings us around to the legality of what’s happening. The courts, beginning with the Supreme Court and including the Federal Courts, must be brought under control. Legislating from the bench has abetted the revolutionists. Congress must pass legislation limiting the power activist judges have seized. They must be brought to heel. Impeachment applies to other positions other than the president. The House hasn’t even bothered to censor AOC and her cohorts who preach treason in the halls of Congress.
The next thing is to pass legislation modifying the First Amendment that currently allows “peaceful demonstrations” as a right. We have witnessed how twisted that adjective “peaceful” has become. Demonstrations have to be consistent with Law and Order. This will take courage, but the price is high. Our forefathers would have shot and killed rioting looters, and we have to be brave enough to do the same. When a gang begins to smash store windows and loot, the police must have the power to bring out the helicopter gunships and fire—and I don’t mean rubber bullets. And back to Congress with leftist politicos who encourage the “peaceful protestors.” They have to be charged with abetting criminal activity.
This sounds radical, and indeed it is. But there is a revolution going on. Rebels are standing behind the rights of the Constitution they’re trying to destroy. If we don’t find the courage and fortitude to do what it takes to turn this out-of-control mob around, then we’ll continue down their one-way road until the America we know is destroyed.
I pray and I fear the Lord when I read the 36th chapter of 2 Chronicles. It’s good to read this warning. God help us.
