The mare seemed to be quite determined for Eness to think everything through, to not jump in without first evaluating herself and worth; she valued that, as most did not think it mattered as to what the woman thought. Sayyida’s words bring her eyes back to her, the girl again mentioning how Atair clearly felt and how Eness was not obligated to return the favor should she choose not to, but it was clear as day on the black mare’s face that she very much did reciprocate those feelings of his.

“I believe my soul has chosen Sayyida, far before my head could comprehend what has been put in front of me,” Eness says to her, confirming her thoughts and hoping to quiet anymore talk of should she do this or if she didn’t want this, for the very thought of even leaving Atair leaves her weeping inside. If he wasn’t meant to be then she wouldn’t have felt so strongly right? Sayyida was a strong pillar beside Eness, her warmth soothing the chilly bite of the night breeze and easing the doubts the mare had at first; she was grateful for her, returning her comforting gesture with her own kind touch to a cheek.

“I would like him to know now,” a gentle clearing of her throat, neck curling to tuck her small face close while a tiny smile tugs at her lips, “that i feel the same for him as well.
