It is with a sour thought that she realizes that Goose has been taken. They were far from lovers, but she'd considered the feathered stallion a good friend. A brother perhaps. He is not here and there is no way that she's finding herself in the Lagoon. Not in this lifetime! She had heard about the boys there and namely the fallen Boss. His home was nearly empty and he'd clearly been looking to bring others back to it. Stealing was far from the proper way to do that though. Did he expect that the ones he stole would come with pleasant greetings and delight? She knew Goose better than that. He was likely very sour right now and she could not blame him. Taken from his home and all that he knew. He left a rounding lover in his absence. He must be rather cross in not being here with her. Goose knew that she was safe among others but that probably didn't make it any less stressful on him.
This is not what is tolling on her mind in these moments though. No, she had another reason for troubled thoughts. She had not met Valka yet and she called this home. It wasn't that she'd been hiding. Not at all. She rather just had been exploring. The bay was huge after all. The treeline was something to take in and travel throughout. She had lacked the knowledge at first that another had taken the Bay as their own above Goose. It is his being taken that had caught her attention and brought her from her exploring. She moves into the open and a call sings out for Valka.
"Hello, hello! I am Gloriosiah and I call the Bay my home. We have not met and that didn't set well in my mind." She would move to extend her muzzle to the smaller mare. She had to bring her nose down some but if the other met her traditionally then, she would offer a warm exchange of breaths before pulling her head back up and waiting; watching. What would likely be Valka's move or exchange of words now? Replies:
