Thank you for the help but unfortunately this was not it.
The story I'm looking for has M/S in the US. I wish I could remember more of the story. I do remember S looking for M and finding him in one of the clinics back rooms on a table unconscious.
Thank you again. I read this one a very long time ago, just didn't remember.
