strange thought on strategic future defense

running thoiugh my thought why we dont what we do and did with the Brits did during WW2 Make a non-aggresdsion Treaty wit Russia including NATO states and other concerned with China . It wil be a win-win treaty for every one (except China). China can be a threat to Russia, Japan, India, et al. Mty thinking is different but
i think it woukd save the world from an ominous coming war. China has too many men of military age and dont know what to do with them ( the ir policy of controlling birth it diminishe girl birth) . another Chinese stupid policy than can happen under socialist dictatorship.
