The grey mare snorts disapprovingly as Fearghas nearly scolds her to silence for revealing her thoughts on the Lagoon so openly. She does not fear the wrath of Cullen. Her loathe for him gives her strength and even if she did fear him, she doubted she'd keep quiet about her opinion of him even then. She slides away from Fearghas, stung by his attempts to quiet her. She knows he means well but it doesn't mean it doesn't sour her mood. Kendry remains calm as Fearghas notes that she doesn't belong here despite becoming a "trinket."

Kendry mildly reminds Ally that other herds operate the same as the Lagoon around the Islands. She believes him and distantly, she knows that the way Cullen operates is not new. "Despite the truth in that, it doesn't change my thoughts that the idea is archaic." She notes simply. The pale stallion doesn't cross her as the type that believes in the idea of ownership. Unlike Fearghas, she is relaxed with Kendry just the same. She has nothing to hide.

He takes a moment to remind them that simply because they belong to the Lagoon doesn't mean that they have to stick around all the time. She nods her head, her ears tipped between Fearghas and him. She cocks her head to the side as he tells Fearghas that Cullen's only boss because he was voted that way and that residents have the ability to get rid of him. This intrigues her briefly but the truth being that even if she was not here by force, she wouldn't stay anyways. The humidity alone made her detest the place. It was like a never ending swamp. She could feel in the air that summer was coming very soon and she knew that since she was not bound to stay here, she would likely spend her summer in the Falls again where the weather was much cooler.

Kendry was right. It was time to get out for a break. She looks from Fearghas to Kendry. "Thank you for the reminder. I guess I hadn't considered the idea of traveling. Spending summer in the Falls sounds much more appealing than this dismal swamp." She takes a deep breath, her barrel expanding. She holds it for a second before releasing it, relieving some of the stress she was shouldering. "I need some space." The sentence addressed to both of them. She takes her exit, her trail swishing over her haunches. She heads towards the direction of the Falls.
