Interesting UCMJ WAs enacted in 1950 and Replaced Articles For the Government of the Navy ( called in the fleet Rock & Shoals) UCMJ protected against self incrimination, but when we were at USNA we HAD to answer honestly any question regardin breaking a regulation (self incrimination) WE were given a big SNOW JOB. Best let the Armed Service to work under UCMJ And not Civil LAW or Constitutional righths When you enlist it is final departure from civilian strings. Replies:
