Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

turn men into beasts

Tyr was quietly standing amongst the small family he had collected; his usual tense muscles relaxed, and his eyes drooping closed. Only the scent of Kiraz filled his nose, and their son Vanir. The thick musk of stallion was east to ignore in their presence. But what wasn’t easy to ignore was the fresh scent of mare that came with an overwhelming perfume of the season. Multicolored eyes fluttering open, he glanced over towards the pair as they grazed unbothered. For a moment, Tyr thought of completely ignoring it. Some other stallion would gladly greet whoever it was that brazenly trekked into a testosterone filled land.

That is, until recognition dawned upon the giant. Without saying anything to them, he stepped away and into the shadows that surrounded him. As his companion, Tyr did not worry about anyone bothering Kiraz in his absence. Not here, among his brothers, where their schemes were always directed to other things. But Dredge did not carry such immunity, although he felt sorry for whatever stallion happened upon her first.

When he finally laid eyes upon the salty mare, he can’t help but find himself smirking in amusement as she laid there so confidently. It seemed he was the poor soul that came to her first, but he couldn’t find reason to pity himself. “A viper lying in wait.” he greeted, his deep rumbling voice like a growl as he kept relatively quiet. “Such pretty colors, yet a deadly bite.” Tyr finished.

Lifting his crown, the stallion’s ears twisted away from the mare as he listened for any others that might approach. But no one else came to interrupt this unusual reunion. “It’s been a long time, Dredge. What brings you here?” the golden stallion inquired.
