NFL GOATs Posted on 3/12/2021 at 14:46:28 by John Wells
With all these Greatest Of All Time (GOAT) ads claiming the top 20 (or more) picks, they seem to forget George "Moose" Musso, line man of the Chicago Bears. He played both ways during the thirties. In 1933, his rookie year, he was paid $90 per game, half of what other line men were paid. The Bears beat the Giants for the NFL championship that year. Incidentally he was the only NFL player ever to play against two future Presidents, Ronald Reagan and Gerrald Ford. How quickly we forget greatness. Replies: There have been no replies.
