Does anyone know where to find Tundra Swans in our area? Since Trumpeters winter here, and nest here, I assume that the many pairs I see are Trumpeters, e.g. 26 individuals on the north side of Mitchell Lake today, lots ordinarily east of the causeway on Canal Lake, etc. But since the two species are hard to differentiate (that little yellow spot that some Tundras have is pretty tough to see!) I'm wondering whether Tundras pass through here and I just miss them. Any advice? Thanks
