What if we had someone monitoring the work being done in Whuhan undercover using our "aid" to the Lab, it would be very wise to NOT to hknow the Virus "escaoped". I don't think we are so stupid to not want to monitor the potentuial enemy in a bio war ( once called it NBC- Neuclear Biological, CHremical warfare . I had a short course in the USMC called NBC warfare operational defense, the bio part was most interesting which most of thecworld were focused on Nukes.
