Boss's Decree

"For every brother you bring to our
midst, you may keep a trinket all to
yourself. She will not be sullied or traded, unless you deem otherwise. But should you bring a mare here without a new brother first, then I will consider her property of the Lagoon as a whole
and do with her as I see fit." - Garmr

Rules

• The Lagoon is where homeless stallions come to live as a brotherhood. Mares may not live here except as captives or companions for the Leaders.

• Soldiers keep mainly to fighting, Thieves keep mainly to raiding, and Associates may do both, neither, or act as diplomats. Members may issue their own battles and raids, but should generally consult the General, Marauder or Boss for permission.

• All major decisions are determined by vote, but the Boss maintains order within the Lagoon and has the final say.

• Elections for leadership positions will be held every TLI summer, provided the qualifying criteria are met.

• You can find detailed information about how the Lagoon works on the Rules page.

• Upon election, the Boss can issue a rule for members to follow during their tenure. It is up to leadership to enforce.

turn men into beasts

Tyr wasn’t expecting her answer about Fearghas. Clearly she did not care for the choices the stallion had made; whatever they may be. The General had done little to keep track when other more valuable things preoccupied his time. Regardless, it didn’t explain why she was here. The Lagoon wasn’t exactly the best home for a mare and her child. Her following remark left a smirk creeping across his features, and he reached his muzzle out towards her so that she could scent the remnants of Valka’s blood on his breath. “Who says I haven’t been?” he quipped back.

Pulling back into his own space, Tyr felt little need to explain that he had only been defending a trinket. Or that he had lost to the tiny mare. Leaving the woman’s mind to wonder what had happened to have the blood on his lips. “This isn’t the best time for a mare to come to the Lagoon.” he stated, a glint catching his eyes to further drive home his words. Tyr was not above forcing a mare, and just because he stood here calmly, did not mean that she wasn’t in danger. “Why are you here?” Blunt and to the point, the stallion only held himself back (for now) in the last shreds of respect he had for his former brother.
