Her heart warms to see him, though a guilty pang crosses her face as she remembers their previous conversation about his lost love. Was she falling for something beyond her grasp? However, she could feel herself unraveling in the presence of the Bear King. She joins his side, offering her muzzle to him, breathing deeply as she inhales his familiar musk. A contented sigh escapes her as her ears perk to his question. "It's hard to say if anything is kind these days. Though, I guess I have faired well." She begins. Her eyes search his as she wonders how he has been since the loss of his dear Siobhan. She does not dare ask him about his lost love for she doesn't want to open old wounds. Instead she chooses a more neutral path. "What about you Bjorn? I have not seen you in some time. It has been ages." It was strange to think that in the time that Bjorn had left, she had given birth to Kaari. The curves of her body had changed with childbirth. Her hips more round, her barrel not as refined. While she waits for his response, she proceeds to trace a muzzle gently down his proud neck following the splashed patterns of his hide. She pulls away though, feeling self conscious for her public display of affection. "I am sorry," she says sheepishly.
